How Do I Add A Family Member To My Account?

Register as a patient on Push Health if you would like to conveniently connect with a Healthcare Provider from the comfort of your own home. The Push Healthcare provider you are matched with will assist you with online medical advice and review all of your prescription and lab testing requests. 

You can simultaneously fulfill your patient registration and submit your first request by filling out a 'Request Care' form at the link below.

If you have a family member also in need of online medical care you can help by signing them up on Push Health. Once you have completed your patient registration you can easily add them to your Push Health account. By adding a family member to your Push Health account you will all use the same email and password to login.

First, you’ll need to access your patient profile with your email and password at the link below:

The first screen you should see after logging in should look like this:

Next, you’ll want to click on 'New Family Member'. The next screen you see will look like this:

From here you’ll be able to enter all of your family member’s information. Once you’ve completed adding all the required details, you will click 'Save' at the bottom of the screen. This will bring you back to your home page with the newly added patient profile available to select, as shown below.

Now you can enter requests for prescriptions, lab tests, or message the Healthcare Provider with any medical questions.
