How Do I Remove A Family Member From My Account?

If you need convenient online access to a Healthcare Provider you've come to the right place! When you register as a patient on Push Health, you're matched with a Healthcare provider who is licensed in your state. They will consult with you to offer medical advice and review all of your prescription and lab testing requests. 

You can simultaneously fulfill your Patient Registration and submit your first request by filling out a 'Request Care' form at the link below.

If you have a family member also in need of online medical care, you can sign them up to be connected with your Push Health account. Once you have completed your patient registration you can add a family member through your account dashboard. Click on the link below for instructions on how to register a family member.  By adding them to your Push Health account you will all use the same email and password to login

How Do I Add A Family Member To My Account?

It's possible that later down the road you might find it more convenient if everyone in your family has their own individual login. Whenever you need to remove a family member from your account you can reach out to the Push Health Customer Care Team for assistance. In order to separate your accounts, we would need the first/last name of the patient, their DOB and an email address to designate their patient profile to. Once we have updated their patient profile you will each use your own individual email and password to login to your Push Health account.
