How Do I Update My Patient Profile?

Whether you've just moved or changed your phone number, it's easy to update your personal information through Push Health.

You are able to edit any of your patient information through your patient dashboard. You can access your dashboard by signing into your profile using the link Push Health Login.


After signing in and selecting your name, your dashboard will look like this:

Click on the My Profile button and you will be taken to the following screen:

On this page you will be able to update your:


Click on the Save Changes button located at the bottom of the Profile, once you've finished updating your profile.

And that's it! Your patient information is updated and saved in your Push Health profile!
