How Do I Update My Patient Profile?

Whether you've just moved or changed your phone number, it's easy to update your personal information through Push Health.

You are able to edit any of your patient information through your patient dashboard. You can access your dashboard by signing into your profile using the link below.

After signing in and selecting your name, your dashboard will look like this:

Click on the My Profile button and you will be taken to the following screen:

On this page you will be able to update your:

  • Name
  • Phone Number
  • Address
  • Email
  • Login Password
  • Date of Birth
  • Photo ID

At the bottom of the 'Personal Information' section, you will see a blue 'Upload Image of ID' tab. This is where you would click to securely share your Photo ID with your Healthcare provider.


After clicking on 'Upload Image of ID' you will be able to attach a .jpg, or .png file. When the tab disappears the image has been successfully uploaded and shared with your provider.


Once you've finished updating the rest of your profile the last step will be to click the Save Changes button. This is located at the bottom of the screen:

And that's it! Your patient information is updated and saved in your Push Health profile!
