How Do I Update My Patient Profile?
Whether you've just moved or changed your phone number, it's easy to update your personal information through Push Health.
You are able to edit any of your patient information through your patient dashboard. You can access your dashboard by signing into your profile using the link below.

After signing in and selecting your name, your dashboard will look like this:
lick on the My Profile button and you will be taken to the following screen:
On this page you will be able to change your:
- Name
- Phone Number
- Address
- Login Password
- Date of Birth
Once you've finished updating your profile the last step will be to click the Save Changes button. This is located at the bottom of the screen:
And that's it! Your information is updated and saved in your Push Health profile!
