How Do I Send My Photo ID To My Provider?

Sending pictures of your identification or other documents is a common practice when consulting with a Healthcare Provider. By following these easy steps you will be able to send any attachment of your choosing!

First, you'll want to sign in to your Push Health profile. After signing in and selecting your name, you should see a screen that look similar to this:

Next, you'll click on the Send Message button to bring up your chat screen:

On the lower left hand corner you will see the paperclip icon. The paperclip allows you to add an attachment to send as a message. After clicking on the paperclip you should see something similar to this:

When doing this from your personal computer, all of your saved files will appear, allowing you to select which document you wish to send. In this case we will select the driver's license to add to our message.

You will click on the image of the driver's license, then press Open, and the file should appear in the message screen like this:

Now, type in any message and press the paper airplane icon on the far right. Now the message is sent with the attachment included:

And that's it! The photo ID has been sent to the Healthcare Provider and they will reach back out with any further questions or comments.
