Do I Need To Provide Photo ID?

Push Health is the platform to be on if you need to request for lab tests and prescriptions. We assign you an online Healthcare provider that is licensed in your state. You can conveniently consult with them for status updates, medical information or healthcare questions.

How to Message Your Healthcare Provider

To prevent medication fraud the provider will need a copy of your government issued photo ID and a selfie to confirm who they are providing the prescription to. Providing photo ID is a required step in any medical office, and necessary in order for your Healthcare provider to authorize your request on the Push Health platform. Since the provider is not consulting with you in person they need to confirm that they are prescribing the medication to the correct individual.

You can login to your account dashboard with your email and password at the link below. Select your patient profile and click on 'Send Message' to get started.

Select the paperclip icon to attach an image of your photo ID along with your reply. If you are unable to provide one and have changed your mind, we can cancel your pending request and issue a refund instead.
