What If My Pharmacy Declines to Fill My Prescription?

If you need convenient online access to a Healthcare Provider you've come to the right place! When you register as a patient on Push Health, you're matched with a Healthcare provider who is licensed in your state. They will consult with you to offer medical advice and review all of your prescription and lab testing requests.

You can simultaneously fulfill your patient registration and submit your first request by filling out a   'Request Care' form at the link below.

If the Healthcare Provider is able to approve your prescription they will authorize it and send it to the pharmacy selected. In certain situations, the pharmacy may decline to fill a prescription. If the pharmacy's regulations prevent them from filling it the prescription can be resent to a new location that will issue the medication. You are able to request a change of pharmacy one time directly from your Push Health account. Please click on the link below to view an instructional guide.

How Do I Request a Pharmacy Change?

If you do not see the option to request a pharmacy change you will need to message your Healthcare Provider directly.

For any healthcare related questions, or advice on a new pharmacy, you are able to message your Healthcare Provider directly through the Push Health platform.

If there is no pharmacy willing to fill your prescription you can let us know so we can cancel it and issue a refund instead. We hope this article was helpful in understanding what to do when a pharmacy declines to fill your prescription.
