Can I Use My Health Insurance?

Push Health makes it easy to get connected with a Healthcare Provider so you can conveniently request for prescriptions or lab testing online. When you submit a request, the system will work on matching you with a provider that is licensed in your state. You will receive a system automated notification by email when you've been connected with a provider. 

You may be wondering if you can use your Health Insurance to pay for these services. Unfortunately most of the Healthcare Providers on the Push Health platform are out of network. So they probably wouldn't be able to work with your insurance. 

Once you get the notification that you've been matched with a provider you will be able to login to your account dashboard and message the provider to confirm their status.

 If the Healthcare provider is able to work with your insurance they may submit an invoice to charge you for additional services such as assistance with a prior authorization. The invoice would be a separate charge in addition to the initial request fee. 

You can login to your account with your email and password at the link below. After selecting your patient profile click on 'Send Message' to connect with your provider directly.

If the Healthcare Provider doesn't work with your insurance the medication costs would be an out-of-pocket expense. This would be paid directly to the pharmacy selected. If the medication cost is too high, we recommend checking other pharmacies in your area to see if anyone is offering a better price. If you need to change your pharmacy location you can reach out to your Healthcare Provider for assistance.
