How Do I Review My Prescription?

If you need to review a current or past prescription you received through a Healthcare Provider on Push Health, it's as easy as logging into your Push Health profile.

First, you will login to your Push Health profile. After you select your name, you should see a screen that looks like this:

Click on the My Chart button and you will be taken to a screen that looks like this:

At the top you will see the option to Request a Prescription or Request a Lab Test, and below those buttons you will see the most current prescription approved.  If you have submitted a new request and are waiting for approval from the Healthcare Provider, the pending request will appear as the top prescription. A pending request will look like this:

It will be highlighted as Pending Review. Once the Healthcare Provider completes your request you will see the status change from Pending Review to Approved. If at any time you need to cancel your pending request, you can do so by clicking the red Cancel Rx Request button.

Below the most current request or prescription you will see all previous prescriptions you've been issued through the Push Health platform. It should look similar to this:

By clicking on the plus sign to the left of the dates you can expand the prescription. For this example we will click on the November 11, 2021 prescription. By clicking on the plus sign for the November 11th prescription the screen will look like this:

On each prescription you will be able to review:

  • Prescription Details
  • Approval Status
  • Healthcare Provider's Name
  • Total Fees
  • Pharmacy Details
  • Prescription Delivery Status

Additionally you may save a receipt for any prescription by clicking on the blue Receipt button. A receipt window should open, allowing you to save the receipt to your computer or electronic device. The receipt will look like this:

And those are the features of your My Chart section on your Push Health profile! Thank you for reading and for choosing Push Health!
