How Do I Cancel My Request?

Need to cancel your request? We're sorry to hear it, but we're happy to show you how!

First, you'll need to sign into your Push Health profile using the link below:

https://www.pushhealth.com/users/login

From there you will select your name and go to your dashboard. Your dashboard will look like this:

lick on My Chart and you'll be taken to a screen with your pending prescription. Below is an example of what you should see:

Now, click on the Cancel Rx Request button. That will take you to the following screen:

Finally you will select your Reason for Cancellation at the bottom of the screen and press Submit.

And that's it! Your request has been cancelled! The fees you authorized will be posted back to your account within the next few business days.
