How Do I Reset My Password?

Having trouble logging in to your Push Health profile? Please follow the steps below to reset your password.

On the Push Health Login page click on the Forgot Your Password? link, located above the blue 'Sign In' button.

From there you will be prompted to enter the email address you use to login to the Push Health platform. Make sure you provide the correct email you entered when registering as a patient. 

Once you have submitted your email address, please wait to receive an email invitation to reset your password. Make sure to check your spam folder as sometimes the email can get misplaced.

Please note: It is not recommended to request multiple reset emails, as this will invalidate any previous requests sent. If you have sent multiple emails, please use the most current password reset instructions. Also note that these reset emails are time sensitive. If you are not able to reset your password, the link will expire after 10 minutes.

Still experiencing issues with logging in? Try using a laptop or desk computer if you were previously using a cellphone. Google Chrome is also a good browser that helps with most log in issues.
