The Pharmacy Partially Filled My Prescription, Can You Resend It To Another Pharmacy?
When you register as a patient on the Push Health platform you can conveniently connect to a Healthcare provider who is licensed in your state. The Push Healthcare provider you are matched with will consult with you online to offer medical advice and review all of your prescription and lab testing requests.
You can simultaneously fulfill your patient registration and submit your first request by filling out a 'Request Care' form at the link below.

The provider will review your prescription request and when it's been approved it will be sent to the pharmacy of your choice. If the pharmacy doesn't have enough medication in stock they may indicate that only a partial prescription can be filled.
Once a prescription has been partially filled by your pharmacy, Push Health is unable to change the pharmacy location. We would only be able to assist you with a pharmacy change for prescriptions that haven't been filled yet. If the prescription has already been partially filled you would have to contact the pharmacy directly for further assistance. They would be able to inform of you when the medication will be back in stock or if the rest of the prescription can be filled at another branch.
