What If I Don't Know The Quantity or Dosage Of My Prescription?
Push Health is here for all of your basic prescription and lab testing needs! You can easily sign up to consult with a Healthcare Provider licensed in your state.
If you haven't yet registered on the Push Health platform you will first need to fill out a 'Request Care' form at the link below. This step will simultaneously register you as a patient and begin the process of connecting you with a Healthcare Provider.

If you are already an existing patient of Push Health you would login to your account dashboard with your email and password at the link below. Select your patient profile and click on 'Request Prescription' to get started.
When filling out your Patient Health Information in Step 3, you might see some questions that you're uncertain of how to answer. You can feel free to enter "unsure" in those field boxes.
Once you're connected to a Healthcare Provider they will be sure to use their clinical training to determine the right quantity and dosage for your needs. They will send you a message through your account dashboard if they need further clarification from you.
