What If My Request Expired?

Push Health makes it easy to get connected with a Healthcare Provider so you can conveniently request for prescriptions or lab testing online. After submitting a request the system will match you with the first available provider that is licensed in your state.

You can simultaneously fulfill your patient registration and submit your first request by filling out a 'Request Care' form at the link below.

If a Healthcare Provider is not available to get to your request within 7 days, our systems will automatically cancel and void the transaction. You will also receive an email notification informing you that your request expired.

When your request expires, you have the option to try again by logging to your Push Health account and submitting a new request. You can access your account dashboard by entering your email and password at the link below. Select your patient profile and click on 'Request Prescription' to get started.

If you're already connected to a Healthcare provider and your request expired, you have the ability to connect with the Push Health Customer Service team and request to remove them. Once the previous Healthcare provider has been disconnected, you have the freedom to submit a new request so the system will match you with the next available provider.

We hope you have a better understanding of what to do if your request expires. Please reach out to us at help [at] pushhealth [dot] com if you have any further questions.
