When Will The Fees Be Withdrawn From My Account?
Push Health makes it easy to get connected with a Healthcare Provider so you can conveniently request for prescriptions or lab testing online. When you submit a request, the system will work on matching you with a provider that is licensed in your state. You will receive a system automated notification by email when you've been connected.
You can simultaneously fulfill your patient registration and submit your first request by filling out a 'Request Care' form at the link below.
When you submit a request the funds are immediately put on hold. It will reflect as a 'pending transaction' with the funds still in your account. The funds are withdrawn from the account at the time the prescription or lab test request is approved by the Healthcare Provider that you're matched with.
If a Healthcare Provider is not available to get to your request within 7 days, our systems will automatically cancel and void the transaction. You will also receive an email notification informing you that your request expired.
Providers also have the liberty to amend or decline a request as they see fit. If a request is declined the transaction is canceled and voided. If you feel that another Healthcare Provider can better suit your needs, you can reach out to us to to request a change.
