Why Am I Unable to Message My Provider?
Register as a patient on Push Health if you would like to conveniently connect with a Healthcare Provider from the comfort of your own home. The Push Healthcare provider you are matched with will supply you with online medical advice and review all of your prescription and lab testing requests.
You can simultaneously fulfill your Patient Registration and submit your first request by filling out a 'Request Care' form at the link below.
Once you complete Patient Registration your request will be open to the first available Healthcare Provider licensed in your state. When the system matches you with a Healthcare Provider you will receive an email notification that you are connected. If you try sending a message before you get connected to a provider you will get an error message. The messages section of your account dashboard will not be functional until you are connected with a provider.
After the system matches you with a provider you will have the ability to login to your Push Health account to consult with your Healthcare Provider and message them for status updates, healthcare concerns or medication questions. If a provider reviews your request and comes to the conclusion that they are unable to accommodate your request, they may disconnect themselves from your patient profile. If your request is still pending it will be open to the next available Healthcare provider that is licensed in your state. If the provider declines your request the transaction is automatically canceled and voided. You will have to submit a new request in order for the system to begin the process of matching you with a new provider.
To submit another request, you can login to your Push Health account with your email and password at the link below. Select your patient profile and click on 'Request Prescription' to get started.
We hope this article helps you have a better understanding of when you can access the messages section of your account dashboard. Please reach out to us at help [at] pushhealth [dot] com if you have any further questions.
