How Do I Add Progress Notes for a Patient?

The Push Health platform will allow you to create and update progress notes for any patients you treat. 

To add progress notes, first log in to your Push Health profile. Your screen should look similar to this:

Select Patient Care to access your Push Health patients. You should see a list of recent patients and a search bar to find patients you've treated previously.

Once you've selected the patient you need to update you will be taken to their patient page with a list of options.

Select Add Progress Note to enter the information you wish to save regarding the patient's progress.

After you've completed your note, click Save. 

And that's it! The patient's progress note will be available for future reference anytime you come back to their page.
