How Do I Download Medical Records of a Patient?

At any time you may download a copy of your patient's medical record directly to your computer.

Once you login to your Push Health profile you will see a screen that look like this:

Next, you will select Patient Care and be taken to this screen:

Enter the name of the patient you wish to review in the search bar. Once the patient record is pulled up you will see a screen that looks similar to this:

On the patient chart you can review past prescriptions, messages exchanged and any progress notes you've left. On the upper right hand corner of the screen please press Edit. You will then be taken to the next screen:

From here press the Export button to save a copy of the patient's chart as a PDF document immediately to your device.

And that's it! The patient's chart is now saved to your personal records and can be referenced without signing in to your Push Health profile.
