How Do I Request A Lab Test As An Existing Patient?

Push Health makes it easy to get connected with a medical provider to conveniently order lab tests online!

If you've already registered as a patient on the Push Health platform, you will need to login to your account dashboard with your email and password at the link below.

Select your patient profile and then click on  'Request Lab Tests' 

You have the option to choose between 'COVID-19 Testing' or 'All Other Tests' to search for tests available on the Push Health platform. 

If you select 'COVID-19 Testing' you have the option of choosing 'COVID-19 PCR Test' or 'COVID-19 Antibody Test'

It is recommended to get a PCR test if you have symptoms or have been exposed to someone who tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. This test detects the presence of the virus and the result will indicate whether you are positive or negative. 

It is recommended to get an Antibody test if you are checking for immunity against the COVID-19 virus. The Antibody test will not indicate if you have active COVID. After exposure to the virus or if you've been recently vaccinated, your body typically produces antibodies as part of an immune response to the virus. After being exposed it takes about 2 weeks for the antibodies to develop. This test result will be a numerical value indicating the number of antibodies detected in your system. 

Once you select the test needed you will immediately see a breakdown of the test fees. The cost is all inclusive.  You won't need to pay again when visiting the lab.

The total fees cover:
  • Your consultation with a Healthcare Provider and platform fees
  • A Lab order approved by your Healthcare Provider
  • All Lab testing fees
  • and Test results

In Step 1 you will Choose a Testing Location by inserting your zip code. It will list the closest  Quest Diagnostics laboratories in your area. Unfortunately Push Health doesn't have a corporate tie up with every Quest lab location. The search results will not display lab locations in certain areas of NY and all of Arizona state.

In Step 2 and 3, you will enter your Patient Demographic and Health information. If there are any health questions you don't know how to answer you can enter "unsure."

In Step 4, the total fees are outlined again. Click on the green  'Submit Request' tab at the bottom of the page to proceed to the next step.

After clicking on  'Submit Request' you will receive a pop up like this.  Please review the details entered, to ensure you have provided correct information. Typos and errors can cause delays. If something needs to be fixed, click on the red 'Edit' tab in the bottom left corner. If everything looks good, click on the green 'Submit Request' in the bottom right corner to proceed to the next step.

The last and final step is providing your payment details. You can enter in your debit or credit card details by clicking on  'Card' 

Or you can make a payment through your Paypal account by clicking on 'Paypal'

All payments are processed with Braintree. They are owned by PayPal and specialize in processing secure mobile and web payments for e-commerce companies. For your safety and security the payment details are never stored on the Push Health platform.

Once your payment details have been submitted your lab request will be submitted to the Healthcare Provider you're currently connected to. If you're not connected to any provider, the system will begin the process of matching you with a provider that is licensed in your state. You will receive system automated notifications by email regarding the status of your request.
