How Do I Update My Contact Information?
Any changes to your practice contact information can be updated easily through your Push Health dashboard.
To update your contact information, first sign in to your Push Health profile. Your dashboard should look similar to this:
Next, click on the Profile button on the bottom of your selections. Your screen should now look like this:
Scroll down until you see the Contact Information section. This will be located directly under your Address for Payment field:
Please note: The contact information you enter here will not be shared with patients. The contact information for your practice is included on prescriptions sent to the pharmacy in the case they would need to reach you.
Below the Contact Information fields you will also see a place to change your email address and password:
To save the changes please remember to scroll to the bottom of your page and press the blue Save Changes button.
Your contact information will now be updated and all future prescriptions sent to the pharmacy will reflect the new details.
