How Do I Remove a Patient From My Practice?
If you wish to release a patient from your online practice, you can do so directly though your Push Health dashboard.
First, please login to your Push Health profile using the below link.

Your dashboard will look like this:
To find the patient you want to release, click on the Patient Care button.
Your screen should look similar to this:
From here select the patient to be released and click on their name.
Once you have selected the patient, you will be brought to their patient screen. We have included an example below:
In the top right corner you will see the blue Edit button. Clicking on Edit will take you to the next series of options:
To remove the patient from your practice, please select a reason in the dropdown menu and click Release Patient.
A confirmation screen will pop up:
Click the green Yes, continue button, and the patient is now released from your online practice. You will no longer be able to message with the patient, and the next request submitted by the patient will go out to other Healthcare Providers on the Push Health platform.
