How Do I Access My Receipt?

If you need to view or download a receipt from any Push Health online consultation, you can do so directly through your account dashboard.

You will first need to login with your email and password at the link below.

After selecting your patient profile, you should see a screen that looks like this: 

Click on the My Chart button to view all of your past and pending requests. By clicking on the plus (+) sign you can expand the details for each medical consultation. 

For this example we are viewing a prescription issued on November 11, 2021. By clicking on the plus (+) sign the screen will expand to show you the details of the medication approved, what pharmacy it was sent to, the fax status and access to your receipt. Lab consultations will also have a receipt available in the same format.

To access your receipt, please click on the blue Receipt button in the lower left hand corner. The receipt will look like the example shown below. You have the option to download or print the receipt as needed.
