How Do I Message My Healthcare Provider?

When you submit a request for prescriptions or lab testing on the Push Health platform, the system will connect you with the first available Healthcare Provider licensed in your state.

If you need to contact your Healthcare Provider for status updates, medical information or healthcare questions, you are able to message them directly through your account dashboard. 

You will first need to login to your account dashboard with your email and password at the link below

After selecting your patient profile, your dashboard will look as shown below. Click on 'Send Message' to connect with your provider directly. 

Please note, the messages section of your account dashboard will not be functional until you've been connected with a provider. If our system is still working on connecting you with a provider please allow some more time. You will receive a system automated notification by email once you've been matched.

All of our Healthcare Providers work varied schedules so there is no exact turn around time frame of when they would respond. We recommend giving them at least 24-48 hours to reach out. If they continue to be unresponsive you can email us at help [at] pushhealth.com so we can reach out to the provider to help speed things along. Or we can remove them from your patient profile so you can be matched with a new provider.

Push Health is not set up to handle emergency requests. If you don't have the ability to wait and this is a medical emergency, please call 911 or seek out your nearest hospital.
